Our guest speakers were Ben Lowndes from JBPR and representatives from South Gloucestershire and Bristol City Councils, who presented to members on the topic of the emerging Joint Spatial Plan and Transport Study which form the basis of their consultation to shape the development of housing, employment space, transport and infrastructure provision until 2036.
A big thank you to JBP PR for assisting with the January members’ meeting and BJC member Nadia Abdulla for recommending the venue, Bristol Open Space!
Please encourage friends and colleagues to engage in the WoE JSP and JTP, use the hashtag #WEbuildourfuture when commenting on social media. You have until the end of January to comment on where you want / don’t want to see homes, offices and transport infrastructure built for the next 20 years!
We has a very interactive question and answers session following the presentation and a great turn out once again. Further information on the meeting can be found in the weekly email where the minutes were shared and also on Twitter where a copy of the presentation slides have been posted.
See you all next month!
