Bristol Junior Chamber Members Dinner
Our annual black-tie BJC Members’ Dinner will be taking place on Friday 17th October at Clifton Club. Tickets to this very special, members only night are available to purchase now! Join BJC as we explore the Gromit Unleashed Trail! Discover Bristol’s creative side while searching for the iconic Norbot, Wallace, and Feathers McGraw sculptures. Bristol International Balloon Fiesta Networking Breakfast

Left Handed Giant Brewery Tour
Left Handed Giant will take you on a tour through the brewery and show you how they do things at the Brewpub and share some of the history of the building, before taking you upstairs and leading you on a guided tasting of a flight of beers.
Tour time will be around 45 minutes, with a further tasting session of around 30 minutes. The tour starts at 7pm, we recommend getting there a little earlier so the tour can start promptly.
Please note – this booking is for LHG Brewpub, located in City Centre, NOT the St Phillips Taproom.

Dragon Boat Festival

Bristol Rotary Dragon Boat Festival
The Bristol Rotary Dragon Boat Festival is a an annual event where various teams of individuals from across the City of Bristol compete in a series of races to be crowned champions. No previous rowing experience is required, and this is open to anyone and everyone. Raising money is one of the main aims of the day (outside of the fun had by all) and you can find out more about the day itself on the website. The annual BJC Charity Cricket Match (and BBQ!!) returns! Join us for an evening of sun, fun, and distinctly average sports as we head to Barrow Gurney Cricket Club for our Charity Cricket Match. The chosen charity is TalkClub – a Men’s mental health charity which originated and is based right here in Bristol – who will be in attendance on the evening to tell us about some of the great work that they are doing. Are you wanting to give back to your local community? Then a role as an Enterprise Adviser with the West of England Combined Authority could be just for you. Being an Enterprise Adviser gives you the opportunity to work with a local school in your area to refine and enhance their careers and opportunities offering to pupils. It is the opportunity to have a lasting impact on the school, but more importantly, on the next generation. Something that has not yet made its way on to the curriculum of schools up and down the country is financial education. This is vitally important, and something that should have been taught in schools for many years. There is now an opportunity to change this for the younger younger generation.
