Roughly two years.
I was new to Bristol and really keen to meet like minded people, make friends and get involved in a wide range of events that you wouldn’t usually have access to through other clubs/organisations.
Outside of work and BJC, I play korfball, enjoy running, reading, and attending local gigs. When I get the chance, I also ski, snowboard and scuba dive.
That’s a tough one, there have been so many great events. I think it would have to be the annual monthly meeting pub quiz and ‘Members’ Dinner’!
The diversity of things to do (bars, restaurants, events, gigs) and the people!
I once went to a party with Jeff Bezos. I also think I’ve seen almost every colour of squirrel that exists; red, brown, grey, black and white!
